What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

For apothecary products, shipping is within one to seven business days after order is received. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping, first class or priority mailers. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once the order is sent out.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping varies quite a bit and is more of a hassle so it is no longer an option via the checkout. If however you are really wanting physical products and are willing to pay the extra costs of shipping and handling, please email: emily@archaicjoy.com and we can discuss it further.

Where’s the product(s) I used to order?

Over the years the focus of Archaic Joy has shifted from a (always been small!) production style herbal products company to one that offers personal consultations and individualized herbal protocols as well as guides for aspiring gardeners & herbalists. So there will be limited batches made available (sign up for the newsletter so you know when!) and when it’s out, it may be out for awhile. I will do my best to let you know how long it will be. Also, some products have been discontinued. As I’ve grown and shifted (and moved!), so has this business.

When should I expect my intake forms after purchasing a consultation?

Your intake forms will be emailed within one to three business days after purchase. Please be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes emails end up there. Also, you can click the ‘not spam’ to keep these emails in your inbox as this will be the primary communication until we officially talk via zoom or phone.

I really want a consultation but they are all sold out, how can I get on a wait list?
